I lovely spend 2 nights in Te Anau. The staff I encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The venue was in a very central location not far from all attractions including Real Journey Cruises, the supermarket or restaurants and the center of town. It also was very close to town centre. The service was excellent in my opinion. They had a friendly check-in.

Loved Te Anau, the hotel was lovely very close to town centre. The property was in a stunning location close enough to the ferry to the Te Anau glow-worm caves, the gardens-which are absolute gorgeous and tours/restaurants and areas of interest. Also, it was within easy reach of Packrafting New Zealand.

Easy base for discovering Te Anau with extremely helpful and caring staff with a very pleasant helpful manager. Amazing spot not far from all attractions including Real Journey Cruises, and Te Anau, a much cheaper and quieter option than Queenstown.

No reason to complain, a quite comfortable experience, would have extended the stay. The location is marvellous and stunning, really close to the town centre, township and the lake and township, we appreciated it.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely stunning, with the beautiful lake just steps away from the hotel. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcome. The room was perfect, with all the amenities we needed, including a cozy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with every detail taken care of. We loved the little touches, like the scented lavender bag on the pillow and the complimentary chocolate. The double spa bath was a luxurious addition that made our weekend getaway even more relaxing.
There were no negative aspects to mention. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

I appreciated the location that was very central and near a great walking path, and park and town center. Tried some takeout specials at The Village Inn Restaurant, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue...
